Heart Beet Lasagna!
Last Valentine's Day, my hubby and I created this 'Heart Beet' lasagna. What happened was we basically copied the recipe from Laura Miller's 'Raw, Vegan, and Not Gross''s raw beet lasagna.... but, we decided it would be too hard to slice, unless we cook it, so we decided to bake it at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.... and it turned out to be the best lasagna we ever had! My hubby used a mandolin and shaped the beets into hearts.
