8 Day Cleanse: Day 4 [Week One of Six Week Health]
Day 4:
Only water, fresh juices and herbal teas
Couldn’t resist a late night snack
grapefruit basic with a bite
1 grapefruit , 1 , 2 , 1 stick celery, 1cm ginger root
For today I de-dusted my juice bible which came as a side dish to my juicer.
It was good to taste the freshness again.

Before my second practice i drank the delicate pale, the raw youth!

And before bed something more hardcore, the green lullaby (the glas was chosen purely coincidentally. ✌️ ☮️ )

Looks like a great way to cleanse! Are you following a protocol? Or just selecting whichever juices you want? I've been wanting to start juicing on my own, as juice shops are RIDICULOUSLY expensive!!!
No specific protocols, but depending on your need, you could emphasize detox by prefering vegetables, energize with fruits, boost immunity with citruses, use beta-carotene rich foods for skin, or use fruits and vegetables that aid digestion.
