Vegan Banana Bread
Hey, today I have a delicious banana bread recipe for you.
2 large bananas (250g)
5 Dates (soaked in hot water for at least 10 min)
180 g flour
1 tsp cashew butter
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch of vanilla
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tsp sunflower seeds
50 ml water or plant milk
Preheat oven to 180 C
Put bananas, dates, apple cider vinegar, cashew butter and water in a blender or food processor.
Mix everything else in a large bowl, then add the ingredients from the food processor and mix well. Put the dough in a lined or greased loaf pan.
Let it bake in the oven for 30-35 min.
