Hi thank you! There is no real recipe. For the crust I put Medjool Dates, Coconut Oil and mixed nuts into the blender till its smooth an put it into the cake tin. And for 2h in the freezer. For the "cheese" you need overnight soaked cashews. You also blend them with vanilla, cinnamon, melted Coconut Oil and a little bit of coconut sugar or even dates. To make the cheesecream firm, you can take agar agar. And put it in the freezer for a couple of houres again. For the Topping you can use what you like. Fruit, Seeds, raw chocolate ... :-D For this cake I used some pomegranate juice for the colour!
