My favorites are tofu (Asia Gourmet!) and black beans (sometimes hard to get in Germany). I am curious about the more exotic choices that might come up in this video...

Tofu is amazing once you learn how to prepare it, it just seems that so many people are lost on it! I hope you like the other options I show :)

I know... I heard stories about meat eaters who cooked their first tofu with no other ingredients and complained that it was tasteless... ^^
