Vegan curry, home made chips and wholegrain rice. Made with coconut milk, single soya cream, little bit of dairy free butter, spices; cumin, turmeric, garlic, garam masala and cumin seeds. Tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, vegan quorn, 5 salad beens and onion.
Measure for your taste and requirements. I add things into 1 tin of coconut milk and one tin of tomato and it makes around 5 meals.
Chips- chipped potato, boiled for ten minutes and them oven baked on 200 for around 20 mins with extra virgin olive oil and some pepper. You may want to add salt (I never cook with salt)
