🌈 The #VeganRainbowContest 🌈
Ingredients:
• 250 grams of pasta.
• 1 small broccoli.
• 1 paprika
• 50 grams of coriander.
• 50 grams of parsley.
• 20 grams of sweet ajies.
• 1 carrot.
• 200 grams of purple cabbage.
• 200 grams of white cabbage.
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
• Salt and pepper to taste
💚🌿💚💗Elaboration:
• Place boiling water in a pot with a little salt. Pour the pasta and, when the water breaks again the boil, continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes, until it is al dente. Drain it well and return it to the pot. Add 1 quart of olive oil.
• Wash all the vegetables and vegetables, cut the broccoli to pass it through hot water. Once this step is done, drain all the water. Cut the carrot, cilantro, parsley, ajies and cabbages, financially in squares. Place them in a bowl and mix until all the ingredients are well integrated, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and integrate the pasta. Serve and taste the food.
