Hi. My people from steemit. In this opportunity, I will make a post, for the contest: #VeganHeroesContest💪🌱 which is sponsored by: @deliciousplants. Celebrating that they reached 500 followers. This post will deal with some typical Venezuelan sweets focused on Easter week. In addition to that I will tell you what matters in the tradition of each dish. Focused on caring for the animals' lives, which die every day, for those people who market with their products. We have to make carnivores aware that it is not necessary to sacrifice animals for food. If in nature we have all the nutrients and proteins, which can be provided by a piece of meat.

Mango jelly

Ingredients:

• 200 grams of mangoes.
• 200 grams of sugar cane.
• 300 ml of water.

Preparation:

Wash the mangoes well, without removing the skin, place them in a pot with water and take them to parboil, until they are completely parboiled, strain and let cool to room temperature. Once we have rested, we remove the skin and then extract the pulp from the mango seed. Once this step is completed, we proceed through a strainer to extract the hairs a little. Once strained add the sugar and proceed to beat with a wooden palette, until you get a sigh point.

Coconut delicacy with papaya syrup.❤🥥🌾

Ingredients:

• 1 coconut
• 200 grams of corn starch.
• 150 grams of sugar cane.
• 1 parchita
• 40 ml of water.

Elaboration:

• Grate the coconut to place finer and thus be able to extract the milk from it, take it to the blender and process it with 15 ml of water and 150 grams of sugar.
• Put corn starch in a pot with 25 ml of water on low heat, when it starts to boil add the processed coconut and let it boil for 10 minutes or until thickening the preparation.
• Pour the preparation into a mold and let stand at room temperature. Ready the preparation is added a parchita syrup with sugar cane.

Sweet of Papaya.

Ingredients:

• 150 grams of papaya.
• 100 grams of sugar.
• 20 ml of water.

Preparation:

Once the papaya is peeled, cut it into small pieces, add water and sugar. Let it boil for 20 minutes.

Ready the three preparations are proceeded to taste, all the preparations are 100% natural. Venezuelan tradition.
Each silver is prepared for the Easter season. in family union and in constant prayer.
