#HappyBirthdayContes: Gelatin Surprise

This gelatine was made with vegetable gelatin, known as agar agar, it is extracted from seaweed, and this ingredient is used to make various preparations, in fruit dishes, to enhance their colors or in daily meals, to give it that consistency and texture that we search In the restaurants they use it a lot for the boiled ones, to give it that solid consistency that the chef is looking for. Gelatin Surprise.

Ingredients.

• 250 grams of agar agar ..
• 50 ml strawberry juice.
• 60 ml coconut milk.
•100 grams of sugar.
• 300 ml of water.

Preparation.

• In a cup we place the agar agar to hydrate with the sugar, once hydrated we proceed to incorporate the strawberry juice already made. Pour the preparation into a bowl and take it to the refrigerator for 20 minutes, when this almost solidad, open with a spoon holes in the center of the preparation and add the coconut milk with agar agar mixed, and cover the center of the Gelatine, we take to the fridge for 20 more minutes. Once solita gelatin finished sealing or cover the surface of the preparation, so you do not notice that it has a combination of colors. Ready the preparation is taken to the refrigerator until the time to cut and taste. The combination of the two colors will be noticed in the cut.
