Vegan Meal delicious and nutritious

I had a beautiful meal tonight, I am a transitional Meat eater to Vegan...and this was my meal tonight simple but delicious:
Steamed Romanesco cauliflower, carrots and broccoli accompanied by oven baked Linda Mcartney rosemary sausages and potato croquet topped up by thick gravy.

All takes overall 20 minutes to come together. If you like it vote me up....
