This looks magical, such a great composition! Tamarind is surprisingly sour, right? I really like them, but transforming them into a dessert can be a little tricky I guess. Well, you‘ve made it happen 😉
Aw thanks! I only discovered there are 2 types of tamarind, sweet and sour ones depends on the tree if they will be sweet or sour. Only ever tried sweet ones until now!
I didn't know that and now am eager to try the sweet ones soon, since I only know tamarind as super sour right now ☺️
