My first week in the books being Vegan
It was a tough first week changing my lifestyle to Vegan. I was a big meat eater and made the change to better my life and my health. I also havnt been drinking anything but water also :) After this week i feel a whole lot better and i also lost 9 pounds after the first week. Wish me luck on week 2!
