Vegan Soul Food
Today I tried a new restaurant called Vegan Soul Food. I ordered a Cajun Kale Avocado Salad and Okra Gumbo. The salad was very tasty and had a cashew dressing, however the salad showed up with spring mix instead of kale. I decided to keep the salad since I was in a hurry and it was very delicious.
The okra gumbo was very spicy and it came with brown organic California rice. The portions were a little small but the food was very tasty. I will come back when I have more time and try some of the other items on the menu.
The salad looks good, what was in the gumbo?
Cajun seasoning, okra and vegan sausages. It was good, but spicy.
When I saw your salad, I said to myself. “That’s not kale.” I had to keep on reading to see that you knew that it was spring mix. It looks delicious.
