Finally my vegan mushroom pâté I've been waiting so long. I can't remember which one I like the best when I was a kid so I had to try all 3!!!

It is Mushroom Pâté... I use it for everything from toast, to a wellington... it's delicious..

Yessss. Mushroom pâté is the best!
I made some with creminis a long time ago and it turned out really good. I should try to make it again with some wild foraged mushies this year.
