I think it's just lack of awareness and familiarity with basic vegetables! Here often the beets are sold without the tops, so you miss out on all that leafy goodness! The turnip greens have been on point, as well. Besides tasting delish, it's like a free bunch of greens! Gotta love cheat eats, haha! Happy weekend @riverflows!
