Smoothie duo bowl Bliss

What a delicious & rather pretty way to start a morning! I’m all about presentation when it comes to pretty much everything I make & create & without a doubt.. my smoothie creations are up there as little works of art!

I usually start this by whipping up the green side with a combo of banana, dates, rice milk, rice protein powder, spinach or kale, spirulina & coconut. Blend it up & pour it more so into one side of the bowl.

Then starting with the berry blend.. a combo of raspberries, blueberries, a banana, rice milk, açai powder & a little bit of cacao powder. Blend then pour that into the other side carefully so 2 nice colours are created.
Then add toppings which can include activated pecans, sliced fruit, activated cacao buckwheat, coconut, puffed Millet & fresh berries.. mmm heck yes!
