I am vegan myself and intensive work out is a part of my lifestyle. I, usually practice 5-6 days a week and between 2-4 hours a day. I have never had any problem with acquiring enough protein and energy from plants.
Now, I work out even more as I am planning to run, for the first time Spartan Race Super for Steemit in 2 weeks. I, already ordered special compression vest with Steemit design. I will post more information about it soon :-)
