Vegan (friendly) restaurants in Rotterdam (Holland)
I want to list some good vegan (friendly) restaurants for the travelers (or residents) in Rotterdam. I love the vegan movement and hope that a lot more people start eating (flexi)vegan.
De Kade
This is my #1 place because of their good Surinam meals/sandwiches and their central location (next to my work). They have a variety of vegan meals next to their traditional dishes (with meat of dairy) so this makes it a good place to go to with non-vegan friends, family and colleagues.
Burgertrut
If you want the best burgers in town, then this is the place to be! Located near the Central Station and shopping area. With very friendly chefs and waiters. Definetly a must go when you're in Rotterdam! Fun fact; the name Burgertrut means Burger b*tch...

Gare du Nord
Gare du Nord is a full vegan bistro. They serve 100% plant based and mostly organic meals made with local products. They're located near Station Noord in the north of Rotterdam. The food is excellent and the ambiance is very peacefull with a French touch.
