DTube Vegan Food - Hamburger Style Red Beet Burrito

Im a a carnivore but cooking vegan food is not new to me. I wanted to make vegan burger but put it into a wrap. I tried about 5 different recipes and thats about all I wanted to try. It was going awful until i found this recipe, which i will leave the link below.
What I used:
Flour tortilla rubbed with garlic paste
Red Onions fine dice
Diced tomatoes
Dill Pickles slices
Avocado
Mixed greens
I used vegan mayo but any Mayo will do.
Beet Burger, 1 patty per Burrito

Cook the beet burger(see Recipe). I chopped it into strips and placed on top of greens.
Roll all that up like a burrito and there you have it, an easy vegan, veggie meal. Its not gluten free but you can sub out the tortillas.
The amount of extra veggies all depends on what you like so don't be afraid to pile it if you feel the need.
