40 days of no meat, no dairy products and no fruits or vegetables under a 6 ph balance ~ They say it takes time to break a bad habit, and replace them with new ones. And even more time to turn those better habits into a lifestyle. So.. give yourself time.
Push yourself outside the box, however you choose. You’re doing this for you.
You’re going to want to quit and give in but you will soon realize the power behind the word No.
and keeping commitments to self.
I am learning patience right here, right now 💛
