Hello friends! I would like to share with you a quick and delicious recipe for a healthy vegan nougat drink.
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 1 L of water
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of date syrup or other sweetener of choice (e.g. maple or agave syrup, or dry dates)
- Optional: 1/2 cup oats for extra thickness
Blend everything together. Sieve through a fine mesh or use unsieved for extra nutrition.
You can drink it by itself or use in your morning cereal :)
