Oh my goodness @sheapureness! This is such an amazing article! I love that you've taken the approach I encourage and that is not to preach but to lead by example! You're right, everyone's body is different and there are people who will go to great lengths to defend their way of eating but that is not the way of #veganwednesday, we love and inspire and I am so thrilled to see that here <3 I'm happy you've found healing through food, it's my passion in life and I am overjoyed to hear more people sharing their experiences! Glad you liked it, food is definitely my passion and I want people to realize that food can sustain health, longevity and joyous life it's does not have to be boring when living on a plant based diet, their are just too many options from all over the globe.
