First Recipe | Panipuri

Hey guys! Its surely been quite a long time since I have been active here. Now I’m back sharing my yummy homemade food recipes with you. Here is my first recipe. Hope you like it :)

Indian favorite street food. Too much is not enough. Thoda aur teekhaa! 🌶

For stuffing:
✔️ In a bowl take 3 boiled and mashed potatoes , 2 tbsp boiled black chickpeas, ½ onion and 2 tbsp coriander
✔️ Add ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp chilli powder and ½ tsp salt
✔️ Mix well making sure everything is well combined

For pani:
✔️ In a blender take ¼ cup mint, ½ cup coriander, 1 inch ginger, 2 chilli and 1 inch tamarind
✔️ Blend to a smooth paste adding water as required
✔️Transfer the paste into a large bowl and add 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp cumin powder, a pinch of hing, ¾ tsp salt and 4 cup cold water
✔️Mix well and pani is ready

Make a small hole in centre of puri (here I have used readymade puris). Stuff a tsp of prepared aloo stuffing into puri. Dip into spicy pani and enjoy 🤤
