Couscous cutlets with kale --> vegan / vegetarian friendly
Hello:),
today I'd like to share with you a recipe for tasty couscous cutlets with kale. I prepare it quite often as it's pretty fast to make and tastes delicious:). And, what's the most important, it's really healthy and nutritious.
What we need:
- 3/4 cup of couscous
- 2 or 3 cups of chopped kale
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 spoon of linseed (can be replaced by 1 egg)
- 1 teaspoon of cumin (can be replaced by a bit of soy sauce)
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika powder
- coconut oil, pink salt, pepper
How to prepare:
mix everything and add spices
Cutlets can be served with your favourite salads or cooked / steamed veggies.
