Vegan Potato cheese for grating
This cheese is very versatile to use in whatever you want to gratin as I made a leek cake recipe that one of the layers was this cheese I hope you like it.1/2 lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 and 1/4 corn starch
1/4 cup of vegetable broth
2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons of tapioca flour
The potatoes are cooked in water until they are soft, reserve that water where it boiled and the potatoes are put in a processor and little by little all the dry ingredients are added to the lemon juice and the vegetable broth that is the water where the potatoes were boiled.
In a saucepan put a little olive oil and then simmer to stir the mixture until it separates from the pan so that it does not stick when this point arrives to have the container where it is going to be filled and that container I put a little bit of oil in everything and then I poured the mixture and left it for a few minutes until it was warm and left the container in the refrigerator for a while to take consistency and use. @gladysstillwagon
