Green bean and brocoli 🥦 curry 🌶 🌶 🌶

Hi steemians, I made a hot 🔥 and healthy curry, best of all it was quick, because I am in sloth mode. Just 1 more day till new year new me, tomorrow night is my last hurrah and then it is dry January, it will also be Veganuary, but I have been doing Veganuary for the last couple years so no change there.

Green beans
Brocoli
Chickpeas
2 onions
6 garlic cloves
Ginger
2 cups liquidised tomatoes
Cumin seeds
Fennel seeds
2 teaspoons hot curry powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder 🌶
1 teaspoon gram masala
1/4 teaspoon turmeric

First I lightly oil the pan and sprinkle fennel and mustard seeds

Then braze the chickpeas

Then the onions go in pow!

Then the green veggies

Then the tomatoes 🍅 and a cup of water

And the rest of the spices, and cook for 10 minutes so it is still a little crunchy and serve with rice 🍚
