What are you having for breakfast today?💕 . .
Recipe:
80g buckwheat flour
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
100g sparkling water (or more)
50g soy yogurt
1/2 mashed banana
1 tsp blue spirulina
Vanilla

Combine all ingredients and let the batter rest for 15 minutes. Fry the pancakes on medium heat without oil from both sides until golden brown 💙
