Health Essentials #4 Organic Homemade Toothpaste (Can Reverse Cavities)
Most loved Steemians, today I decided to share my homemade toothpaste with you. In these modern times, it is pretty tricky to find a decent tooth-care that doesn't come with negative sides.
In the sea of bad options, there might be few toothpastes without fluoride but they are still loaded with different chemicals:

High importance should be given to the fact that inputting chemicals in our beautiful bodies contributes to making us more synthetic.
Syntheticity should not be a part of our daily routine, we must nourish our bodies with care since we are made of nature. Since the area of real information is kinda foggy nowadays, it is needed to constantly work on obtaining knowledge. Real knowledge is the key in a mysterious reality like the one we live in.
My homemade toothpaste is really simple to make and your taste buds will enjoy it. Not just that, it can efficiently reverse cavities and many people confirmed that to me. What My Truthpaste Is Made Of 🏅
- 1 spoon of water from the source
- 2 teaspoons of organic coconut oil
- 4-5 teaspoons of organic green clay
- 1/3 teaspoon of organic neem powder
- 4-5 drops of essential peppermint oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
Important detail is, always make sure to mix your ingredients in a glass jar or something similar. Soon as you put all the ingredients in, make sure to mix them until you get a nice mixture looking somewhat like this:

I hadn't heard of that. Interesting. Where do you get some of the ingredients, like the green clay and neem powder? I haven't heard of those before.
I'm not sure where do you get them at your place :D Where I come from, they can usually be found at organic shops
Maybe the organic grocer around here will have them. I don't know if we have a specialty organic shop.
