The beginning...
As you may see out of shape bigtime.
Took action, got off the comfort zone, brought my leasy ass to the gym and started to lift shit up !!!
After 90 days...
Before and After 90 days :
Then like they say '' BIG IS BETTER '', so i went on a Mass Gainer diet ....
And at the end i experimented the '' Vegan Life style '' and i went alllllllll in by becoming a full Liquide Vegan Bodybuilder.
Best decision of my life !!!
