Vegan Nice Cream
Just wanted to share my newest vegan friendly receipe on this beautiful Labor Day evening.
This one is for the ice cream lovers who just cant give it up! This version is animal friendly and so we will call it Nice cream! 🐄❤
It only needs two ingredients but feel free to mix any other ingredient you'd like to give it your favorite flavor!
Peanut Butter Cup Nice Cream
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut butter powder
Freeze the banana for an hour or so and toss it in a blender with all other ingredients.
Let the blender run for a bit to really give it that ice cream consistency. Top it with some sprinkles and there you have your yummy Nice cream delight!! Enjoy!

Quick question. Where did you get your sprinkles and what is the brand? I've always ordered online but they are not cheap 😥 haven't found one around Canada yet!

Most sprinkles are vegan friendly, its basically just a lot of sugar added on top to make our treats look pretty lol but I believe I purchased mine from Target 😊
Lucky you then! Most colorful sprinkles in Canada either have egg white and/or shellac. Not to mention the food coloring used to color the sprinkles some are not vegan, some are tested on animals, some are chemical for industrial etc 😥
