Vegan @ KHAOSAN, Bangkok (Steemit Fruits and Veggie Monday Competition #36)

Hello dear Steemians,

Today I would like to share with you about a unique place in Bangkok, which’s Khaosan. Khaosan is so called a hometown for the back packers. It’s located far from Bangkok city and the tourists can enjoy the cheaper accommodation rates. The unique and relaxing lifestyle is attracting many tourists from different countries to visit the place.

In the morning, the tourists and back packers can enjoy their coffee and breakfast in cafes with relax and slow lifestyle.

The streets are turns to be crowded and happening during the night time. The tourist and back packers enjoy activities such as drinking, dancing and singing in cafes, restaurants and bars.

There are many stalls selling fruits and nice local food along the streets. Such as Mango Sticky Rice, Coconut Ice-cream, jackfruits and durians.

During my trip to Khaosan, I visited a nice vegan restaurant called ‘Mango Vegetarian and Vegan Restaurant’. Their vegan meals are delicious and combine both Thai and Western style.

Below are some vegan meals I had tried:
Vegetable Pad Thai

Vegan Creamy Spaghetti

Fried tofu (side dishes)
