What I Eat On A Busy Day To Gain Muscle (VEGAN PROTEIN)

in #vegan8 years ago

You're busy so that means you gotta eat poorly...right?

Well that seems to be the sentiment a lot of the time and also the reason that people fail their diets. They fail to prepare or fail to learn meals that they can throw together in a pinch and instead have to rely on fast food or junk food...often times this becomes a cycle and a habit which ensures that they cannot succeed in a diet due to their lack of knowledge and reliance on fast food.

THESE MEALS ARE EASY! You can make these meals so quickly, with literally no cooking experience and you will do absolutely fantastic! They are also really tasty, full of calories (if you're an athlete or a lifter that's important) and they all pack a good amount of protein (I give tips in video to show how you can include even more protein if you want)!

I wanted to share this video because I just finished dieting which means I will be eating more and more calories each week as I increase my muscle mass and strength so this video shows you how I am eating on a full day in the first week back to bulking!

Thanks for supporting the video my friends!

I'm attracted to how simple your recipes are, but still too many dishes for me. I like to cook once per day max.

Great video and ideas to eat healthy. I like how simple these are. Thanks for sharing!!

Glad to share, thanks for the support!

I always raise an eyebrow when people say being vegan is too hard amd then talk about not having time to cook.... vegan/vegetarian dishes are the easiest to make in bulk and packing "no cook" meals as a vegan is super easy.

I agree! Vegan food doesn't actually need to be cooked either since there is no raw meat or anything that could be dangerous! I think most people aren't ready to cook period

This is brilliant! Thank you 😊
