Vegan rice paper roll recipe
I always wanted to make this at home and today its the day.
Not so authentic Vietnamese rolls but delicious!
I just see what veg is in my fridge and pantry and wrap it all up!
Ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cucumber
- Vermicelli noodles
- 1/2 avocado
- mint
- Coriander
- Mix leaf salad
Step 1:
Bring water to boil and cook the noodles for a couple mins, once cooked drain them and run cold water with it.
Step 2:
Cut veggies to thin strips and set aside
Step 3:
Soak rice paper in water for 5-10 seconds, once at a time. Place on a board and put all ingredients in.
Step 4:
fold both right and left side to centre and roll it up
Serve with Hosin sauce and enjoy!
