Thanks for the delicious post! All I need, now, is a way to grow coconut palms in Oklahoma. --I've always loved coconut anyway, and imagine my delight when I discovered the health benefits of eating it! Keep posting, I love it>
I'm glad you like the post, thank you! Yes one problem is sustainability obviously coconuts need to be transported all over the world but at least they do grow wild and abundantly in the tropics, I have seen a lot of natural land been turned into coconut farmland but this is nowhere near the same level as the diary or palm oil industry! also when you have to pay a higher price for something, you tend to eat less and see it as a treat. (the price of diary is artificially low, and cannot be sustained like this)
