The Game Changers movie?

So... I was scrolling around a lil last night and saw a few posts on bigger pages about The Game Changers movie and I was curious so I read a bunch of comments...

I was quite surprised to see just how many people were reporting that they had gone vegan after the movie or were at least working in that direction.

I've been around for the release of quite a few animal rights movies and watched the feedback of them in similar ways and it might be a little audacious of me to say this and incorrect, but...
It almost feels like this movie is having the biggest impact in regard to veganism out of all the movies I've seen... And if it's not, it still really seems to be doing well whatever the case which in my opinion is great news.

Just comment after comment after comment of people saying they went vegan or are going vegan, also a good portion of those people claimed that they've already seen significant health improvements since going vegan.

I haven't seen the movie and I don't know if there is an animal rights element to it, but I'm guessing it's primarily focused on athletics, sports benefits and health.

Some people might say they are plant based in that case as those people are more focused on their own health than the rights of the animals and umm... Cause some vegans are very attached to the newer and more popularly accepted definition of the word "vegan" which has a moral implication whereas the original definition of the word did not and included those doing it for personal health or whatever reason.

And as much as I wish they would consider the moral implications towards the animals, I still think it's awesome so many people are exploring the idea of eating more plants and less animals.

The end result is sort of similar whether they do it for their own health or for the animals as the demand for animal products should decrease and by extension less animals will be bred into existence for the purpose of exploitation and thus less sentient beings/souls/spirits will be victimized into the future.

Even though based on my research us vegans are only like 1-10% of the population, it does seem like things are changing. Things do seem to be improving in some ways. :)
