My Kind of Chocolate Butter. Recipe
Have You made your own chocolate butter yet?
It is the best treat eva.. and the fact that you selected your own ingredients and made it yourself makes it even more delicious and valuable on every level.
Here is an easy recipe for you.
Miracle Chocolate Butter.
Tools: food processor/blender, mixing bowl, a glass jar
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soaked cashew nuts OR any other nuts you like ( also feel free to skip the nuts)
- 2 T coconut nectar or maple syrup
- ½ cup raw coconut oil, melted
- 1 T unrefined/raw cacao powder
- 1 T carob powder
- A pinch of Himalayan salt
- ½ t vanilla seeds (Madagascar is the best)
Combine the ingredients in a food processor / blender.
Blend into a creamy mass of even consistency.
Pour the miracle butter into a glass jar.
Where is that rice cake?
ps. You are most welcome to skip the nuts and enjoy your chocolate butter nut-free!
Our chocolate butter can stay in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
It will be a miracle if we can keep it for that long though.
