Avocado Chocolate Mousse. Love your Pineal Gland with Food
There are many ways to enjoy your desserts, this one is one of the best I ever came across. Anything made with unrefined cacao is super good for our pineal gland.
This treat is made with ingredients that could not be better for You - avocado, raw coconut oil, almonds, and unrefined cacao.
It takes only a few minutes to make this edible heaven, and it keeps in a refrigerator for a few days.
Here is how we make it.
We need:
- flesh of 2 avocados
- 1 T raw coconut oil
- 2 T raw cacao powder
- 1/2 t vanilla ( seeds or essence)
- 1/2 cup almond butter (optional)
- 3-4 T maple syrup
- coconut shreds OR almonds OR raw cacao powder for garnish
- some love and imagination
How To:
Blend with love all the ingredients. Pour the mixture into pretty serving bowls. Serve chilled!
