Good morning steemit. Another great day is upon us and what a better way than to start this lovely Sunday with a glass of good-for-you nutrients.

If you have been following my blog you know I love my green drinks. Though this one doesn't contain any greens, that doesn't make it less healthy. Still a great start of my day and I just love carrot smoothies. Carrots are definitely one of my favorite veggies.

And the best part, they are available in every part of the world. Next to providing your body with much-needed vitamins and minerals, carrots are great in boosting a beautiful skin, fighting free radicals and improving our vision among other amazing health benefits.

PROBIOTIC TROPICAL CARROT MORNING LASSI🥕🥕🥕

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2 FOR BREAKFAST)

1/2 avocado
1 mango
1 cup papaya
1 big carrot
3 passionfruit
Fresh mint leaves to taste
Freshly grated ginger to taste
1/2 cup homemade cultured coconut yogurt
Water as needed
2 tbsp hemp hearts

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if the smoothie is to thick for you.
Top with extra hemp hearts or other superfoods/topping you like.
