Learn how to bake a good carrot, date or banana cake/loaf from scratch. Throw some walnuts in. Cheap. Research a healthy recipe and learn off by heart. Great after a days toil, strenuous activity or when your on the run. Lasts in the fridge for ages. It will also develop skills to impress your future grandmother-in-law.
