One of my favorite Vedic Thai Yoga-Massage moves! Ok, I have A LOT of favorites! This version of assisted "cobra" offers a therapeutic backbend and powerful shoulder and heart opening. This was our intro workshop at The Yoga Unit and that's our friend Alan, a teacher there!
