VEN sent in error to Binance
Hi All, Yesterday I deposited VEN in error on Binance and need advise. I attempted to deposit 140 VEN to Binance (confusingly listed as VET-not VEN on MyEtherWallet), and now Binance is asking me to pay 0.2 ETH for the retrieval of my VEN, since it has now become VET. To your knowledge what does Binance charge for the retrieval of VEN sent mistakenly to their exchange? Is the 0.2 ETH fee proportional to the amount of my VEN that got stuck on their exchange, or is it actually a flat fee that everybody has to pay independent of the amount of VEN?
I would love to receive advise from the VeChain Foundation, or hear from Binance customers who mistakenly deposited VEN and have been asked to pay a fee for the retrieval. Thanks in advance.
