Make it Vegan- Cheese stuffed mushrooms

I found the most amazing very Easy and very similar to cheese Vegan Cheese recipe- WITH CASHEWS
The link to the recipe is below. But being lazy I hacked it- I blended half cup cashews, a quarter cup(I only had that much on hand) sunflower seeds, 1 spoonfull nutritional yeast flakes and half a spoon of oil. THAT IS IT. Ready for use.
