Spot Near Rimrock, WA
I'm catching up on posts now since I haven't had signal. Last night I stayed at a spot near Rimrock, WA that I saw Adventurevanman stay at a few years ago. It 's a nice spot near a river but it is close to Hwy 12 so there is road noise. I couldn't get right down to the water with my car as there were too many big rocks so I stayed back in the woods and hung out down near the water.
I tried rehydrating some moon cheese and making a grilled cheese sandwich.
It came out decent but it would have been better if I let it rehydrate longer. I got impatient after 30 minutes. The parts that melted were good, but there were still some hard bits and the distribution was uneven. As you can see I now have some cooking gear.
That moon cheese looks gosh darn appetizing! Nice cooking gear!
Ya, worked out pretty good. I'm trying to eat vegetarian as much as I can lately, not vegan though, gotta have the cheese.
