Salut steemians, première partie sur l'aménagement de mon DUCATO XL H2.

Hello steemians, first part about my DUCATO XL H2 van conversion.

L'été dernier, j'ai acheté et commencé l'aménagement de ce FIAT DUCATO XL H2 120 multijet de 2009.

Last summer, i bought and started the conversion of this FIAT DUCATO XL H2 120 multijet de 2009.

ISOLATION / INSULATION

Pour l'isolation, j'ai collé sur le sol, le plafond et les côtés du van, des tasseaux de bois au sika et du liège de 4mm d'épaisseur à la colle néoprène liquide, du styrodur de 2cm au sol entre les tasseaux, et laine de chanvre de 4cm au plafond et côtés, collé avec de la colle néoprène en spray. Sur les côtés et le plafond, j'ai ajouté une couche d'isobulle et fermé le tout avec du contreplaqué. 10mm pour le pfafond, 5mm pour les côtés et 15mm pour le sol, recouvert d'un lino imitation bois.

For the insulation, I glued on the floor, ceiling and sides of the van wooden battens with sika and 4mm cork with liquid neoprene, 2cm styrodur on the ground between the cleats, and 4cm hemp whool on the ceiling and sides, glued with neoprene in spray. On the sides and ceiling, I added a layer of isobulle and closed the whole with plywood. 10mm for the pfafond, 5mm for the sides and 15mm for the floor, covered with a lino wood imitation.

LANTERNEAU / ROOFLIGHT

Après avoir eu une fuite au lanterneau 6 mois après la pose, j'ai tout enlevé et fait des cales avec des bandes de plastique pour que la fenêtre repose bien à plat sur le toit. Elles sont collées au sika et le lanterneau avec un joint mastic souple et finition avec un joint de sika marine.

After having a skylight leak 6 months after installation, I removed everything and shims with plastic strips so that the window rests flat on the roof. They are glued with sika and the skylight with a soft mastic seal and finish with a marine sika seal.

LIT / BED

Je voulais un lit fixe, pour ne pas le plier et déplier constamment et une place pour mes planches de surf. La taille du lit fait 180X120, le caisson est fait en contreplaqué de 15mm avec charnière. Je peux ranger jusqu'à 3 planches de surf sans dérives.

I wanted a fixed bed, not to fold and unfold constantly and a place for my surfboards. Size bed is 180X120, the box is made of 15mm plywood with hinge. I can tidy up to 3 surfboards without fins.

TOILETTE SECHE / COMPOST TOILET

Réalisation d'une toilette sèche en contreplaqué de 15 et 10mm avec lunnette de toilette en bambou et réserve de sciure.

Realization of a compost toilet in plywood 15 and 10mm with bamboo toilet seat and reserve of sauwdust.

Jonction entre côtés et plafond en contreplaqué de 10mm.

Junction between sides and ceiling in 10mm plywood.

Ajout d'une table et verins pour le coffre de lit.

Added a table and jacks for bed box.

Voilà où j'en suis pour le moment. En fonction de l'argent que j'ai, je souhaiterais maintenant passer à l'installation électrique, partie qui coûte le plus cher...
