Abolitionist Abstractions Vlog 53: Seriously, Officer? I'm recording here!
Here is today's vlog! Murder Dog and I finally had a driveway to sleep in last night, as an old client asked me to do some work for them over the next week. It was great to finally have a place around here where we could sleep with all the windows open if we so chose. We got to sleep in a bit, took a nice walk once we got up, and then I went to take care of the work I was hired for. There was the extra bonus of a shower in a private bathroom, which doesn't happen all that much these days.
After my work for the morning was done, we raced off to meet the kids at yet another appointment. After that we did get to spend some time at our favorite dog park. Once we parted ways with the kids, I caught up with a good friend on the phone, recorded an Abolitionist Abstractions episode, and revisited the dog park again. Then I needed to find some solid wifi, as I had been invited on another podcast this evening. During that recording, I was actually harassed by the cops multiple times due to some busybody assuming I must be up to no good. It was hard for me to bite my tongue and play nice, but all of those interactions ended up in the recording and it ended up giving me and the host a good laugh. At least neither Murder Dog or I got shot.
