Atlantic Power Corp Anlysis Cont.

After five years of paying down debt and waiting patiently for the right opportunities, Atlantic Power Corp (AT) is finally in acquisition mode. Over the past couple of months this company has made two acquisitions and has increased the cap for stock buybacks to 10% of the float.

As was discussed in a previous post, AT is making $100M a year in free cash flow and only selling for $250M. With talented and conservative capital allocators at the helm, this is one of the safest value plays around.
