Value can be as personal or as widespread consensus as it can get, to me something can be worth millions and to you it could be trash and that's how value works.
Because value is made up by our minds.
That's the reason cryptocoins can be created out of thin air and actually have value, real value.
Made up value is real value.

Art value is created first when the artist loves it enough to promote it, then it can also be useful to "network" with the "right" people. I'm no good at either :-D
