MMR and several others are still live virus vaccines.
This. And the nasal flu shot is live.
Another thing to keep in mind is that live cells can make it into the 'dead' vaccines, and that's a big part of what poses the threat.
Another thing to keep in mind is that immunocompromised people can get very sick from very little, either because their body underreacts or overreacts. (I'm one of those unlucky bastards that can reinfect myself months later by handling something that didn't get properly disinfected after the last time I was deathly ill.)
