It occurs to me that if diabetes is a known precondition for injury from the Gardasil vaccine, then the responsibility for the injury isn't partly due to the precondition, but the doctor's negligence in prescribing the vaccine without considering the precondition.

Absent justice, as you note in another post, conflict will escalate, and the thousands of families around the world whose children's health and happiness have been taken for profit by Big Pharma will seek justice courts are too corrupt to mete out.

Fools seek to ignore the just complaints of those harmed by injustice at their peril. As the Bourguignons demonstrate, if there is no justice, there will be increasing conflict. At some point, absent effective compensation for injuries to their precious daughters, there will be effective action to curtail this ongoing harm beyond the purview of the courts.

As I have learned recently, if conflict isn't resolved before it escalates, there will be blood.
