I will also be spewing my sell call at my VIX "mythical" $1000 trading blog. But I will open a limit to short UVXY at $40.00...spot dead on. Not going to watch it too carefully as I will be looking to place my own personal long positions. High for UVXY so far was 39.54.
UVXY short at 40.00 now filt. Not a personal trade...but it will prove to be a GRRREAT trade nonetheless. They all do, just ask @cantfightthefed.

8/15/17 update: UVXY now setup to generate a short term buy signal on the next selloff as it trades "live!" at 31.40. The 30.00 low of the day will be breached and I'm not going to try and be too precise with it as I will be watching the queen of the sexy VIXens (VIX) more carefully for entry into my new SPY short. I'll set a buy limit on UVXY at 29.50 for today.

8/15/17 After hours update: They drove UVXY "slightly" higher in the after hours so I'm going to tone down my "aggressiveness" on overall market shorts and not even place a trade with an open limit in the VIX or SPY. It depends on what UVXY is trading for in premarket trading. If it is up you may as well take the day off. That's what I will do. So I will update this tomorrow in the AM but I would definitely just lower the limit entry on UVXY down to $29 from the current 29.50. I will be looking to short the SPY but it will need to trade thru at least 247.30...ish. :-) I don't think you will get kilt by buying UVXY at $29 even if they decide to take out "final" highs that still need to get taken out in SPY. UVXY would "likely" fall to a new 52 week low if that happens. I'm going to ass-oom the VIX sees sub $10 one more time. If it rallies now tho...UVXY pays you 57.689655%...to be eggzact!... from the $29 area. Upvote this spew to $25 and I'll give you the numba teh SPY has to see for the market to top out...at a level that is lower than the previous high. I'll take cash too...and credit cards. Just get me to $25. Got shit you would normally throw out? Let me know...I might take it! :O

8/16/17 premarket update: Something "suspicious" going on here so my take is to now just pull all sexy VIXen buy limits even though methinks I will be right about the trade. I need 1 more day to watch this settle out. Things are definitely "on the edge" and UVXY could fall quite a bit (into the $27's) if SVXY was to trade to the target it left above. I will step aside from a general market short for 1 day. What happens today in USO will be "critical" in deciding ifn that trade is a winner or loser. Oil, silver, gold, and BTC should be fun to watch. Too late for new positions in SLV or USO right now. BTC is to be sold on any rallies...bought on sell offs...but a selloff could dump it 30% in 1 day and who'd have the balls to step up to that? None of the bitcoin gurus would. "Maybe" Tone Vays...he's got big enough balls to actually make a "legit" buy/sell call at least.
Hurry up short that spy 247.25. Thats 25 cent over your short point of 247.00. Winning?
